What are the various Plans?

GoMarble offers three distinct plans: Free, Pro, and Max.

Plan Descriptions

Free Plan: This plan is perfect for getting started with AI-powered marketing insights. It provides access to GoMarble through Claude for basic marketing analytics capabilities. You can analyze up to 5 accounts for each advertising platform, with a combined ad spend limit of $250K over the last 30 days. Access to the GoMarble AI Agent is not included on this plan starting October 6th, 2025.

Pro Plan: This plan unlocks the full GoMarble AI Agent, which includes tools for creative analysis, automated reporting, and advanced insights. It has the same account and ad spend limits as the Free plan but with premium features enabled.

Max Plan: Built for high-volume advertising needs, this plan features an enhanced GoMarble AI Agent with 3 times the account limits (15 per platform) and 8 times the ad spend capacity ($2M), priority processing, and enterprise-grade features. It includes dedicated support, early access to new features, and advanced analytics capabilities like cohort analysis and competitor insights.

Current Status (Until October 6th, 2025)

  • All existing users have unlimited usage.

  • There is free access to all features, including the GoMarble AI Agent.

  • No usage limits or restrictions are currently in place.

Limited Time Offer (Available Until October 5th, 2025)

  • A discount of 80% is available for the Pro and Max plans for the first 6 months.

  • This offer is only available to the first 500 users.

  • After the initial 6-month period, pricing will return to the regular rates.

  • The offer expires on October 5th, 2025.

What changes on October 6th, 2025?

On October 6th, 2025, GoMarble will have its public launch, and a new pricing structure will begin.

Free Plan Changes:

  • Usage limits will go into effect (5 accounts per platform, $250K spend analysis).

  • Access to the GoMarble AI Agent will be removed.

  • Advanced features like creative analysis, automated reporting, and advanced insights will become exclusive to paid plans.

What Stays the Same:

  • The GoMarble MCP (Marketing Co-pilot) through Claude will remain completely free.

  • All current platform integrations will be available on all plans.

  • Users can continue to connect unlimited Shopify stores and GA4 properties on all plans.

4.4. Common Questions

I upgraded my plan mid-month. How will my usage limit work? If you upgrade your plan partway through a billing cycle, your usage limit will be prorated and adjusted accordingly for the remainder of that cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. In the main sidebar on the far left of the screen, click on your name/profile at the bottom.

  2. Select Settings from the menu.

  3. In the settings menu, click on the Billing tab.

  4. On the "Billing & Plan Management" page, click the Cancel Subscription button located in the top-right corner.

  5. A confirmation window will appear. To finalize the cancellation, click the red Cancel Subscription button. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

How can I get an invoice for my payments? Invoices for all your payments are automatically sent to the email address associated with your account after each successful transaction. You can also access your billing history and download past invoices from the Billing section in your Settings.
