Based on feedback, we are evolving our pricing to be more transparent and flexible. Starting Feb 1st, 2026, we are making two major changes:

1. Simplified Tiers: We have removed the restriction on the number of connected ad accounts. Your plan is now determined solely by your Cumulative Monthly Ad Spend.

2. Usage-Based Credits: We are moving away from restrictive daily limits. You will now receive a monthly allotment of AI Credits to use as you see fit throughout the month.

The New Pricing Structure

Your plan availability and monthly investment adjust based on the total ad spend across your connected accounts. You now have the freedom to connect unlimited ad accounts on any Pro or Max plan.

Understanding Usage-Based Pricing

No More Daily Limits

Previously, our platform operated on fixed daily usage caps. With this update, your monthly credit allotment is yours to use whenever you need it most. Whether you perform a high volume of tasks in one day or spread them out, you are no longer restricted by a 24-hour reset.

Credit Top-Ups (Coming Soon)

Exhausted your credits before the month is over? No problem. Unlike our previous model, you can now purchase Credit Top-Ups at any time to keep your operations running smoothly without needing to upgrade your entire plan.

Legacy Plan Transition

To ensure a smooth transition, we are implementing a Credit Alignment Program for our existing users:

• From Daily to Monthly: We have calculated your previous daily limits and converted them into a monthly credit total.

• Automatic Crediting: Your account has been credited with the monthly AI Credits corresponding to your current subscription value.

• Unlimited Connections: If you were previously limited by the number of ad accounts, those restrictions have been lifted in accordance with your new plan level.

Pricing Transition Guide: Moving to Your New 2026 Plan

This guide outlines how your specific legacy plan is being upgraded to our new usage-based structure. Our goal is to ensure a seamless migration that honors your existing price point while giving you significantly more flexibility.

Plan Migration: Your Specific Case

Case 1: You were on the Legacy "Plus" plan ($49/mo)

• Your New Plan: Your account is being migrated to Plus (Legacy).

• Feature Protection: You will keep all your current features, such as Creative Analysis and Scheduled Tasks, even though these are now exclusive to higher-priced tiers.

• Usage Update: You will now receive a flat monthly allotment of 1000 AI Credits, which replaces your old daily limits.

Case 2: You were on the Legacy "Pro" plan ($99/mo)

• Your New Plan: You are moving to our new Pro tier.

• New Feature Value: Your feature set remains the same, but you now have 5 user seats included in your base price at no extra cost.

• Usage Update: You now have a pool of 1,000 monthly AI Credits..

Case 3: You were on the Legacy "Max" plan ($299/mo)

• Your New Plan: You are moving to the new Max tier.

• New Features: You gain immediate access to Ad Manage Mode and White-labelled Reports.

• Usage Update: You now have a pool of 4,000 monthly AI Credits.

• Your Price Lock: If your monthly ad spend currently exceeds $1M, we are locking your price at $299/mo—you will not be moved to the new $899/mo rate for high-spend tiers.

Migration Case: You were on a Legacy Team Plan (Seat-Based)

If you were previously on Team Pro ($100/seat) or Team Max ($300/seat), your plan is being simplified to remove per-seat billing.

How Your New Team Plan Works

• Your Custom Tier: To ensure you lose no value, your account is moving to a Custom Tier that matches your existing total cost.

• Credit Calculation: Your new monthly credit pool is calculated by multiplying your current number of seats by the base monthly credit allotment for your tier.

• One Consolidated Pool: Instead of individual daily limits for each teammate, your whole team now shares a single Monthly Credit Pool. This means team members who need more credits can use them without hitting individual daily caps.

• User Seats: You keep the exact number of user seats you currently pay for, but you will now see a flat monthly rate on your invoice instead of a per-seat charge.

Example (If you have a 10-seat Team Pro plan):

• Old Way: 10 separate daily limits; billed at $1,000/month ($100*10seats).

• New Way: One shared pool of 10,000 Monthly AI Credits (across 10 seats); still billed at a flat $1,000/month.

• Added Benefit: Any of your 10 users can use the credits as needed, and your team can now connect unlimited ad accounts.

FAQ

What happens if I run out of credits?

You will be notified when your balance is low. You can either wait for your monthly reset or purchase a top-up pack to continue using AI features immediately (coming soon).

Is there a limit to how many accounts I can connect?

For Max plans, there are no limits. You can connect as many ad accounts as needed, provided they fall within your cumulative monthly spend tier.

Can I still see my daily usage?

Yes, your billing dashboard will now show a real-time consumption bar of your monthly credit pool instead of a daily reset timer.
