I upgraded my plan mid-month. How will my usage limit work?

If you upgrade your plan partway through a billing cycle, your usage limit will be prorated and adjusted accordingly for the remainder of that cycle, ensuring you get the full value of your new plan immediately.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  1. In the main sidebar, click on your name/profile at the bottom and select Settings.

  2. In the settings menu, click on the Billing tab.

  3. On the "Billing & Plan Management" page, click the Cancel Subscription button located in the top-right corner.

  4. A confirmation window will appear. To finalize, click the red Cancel Subscription button.

How can I get an invoice for my payments?

Invoices for all your payments are automatically sent to the email address associated with your account after each successful transaction. You can also access your complete billing history and download past invoices at any time from the Billing section in your Settings.
