1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your GoMarble subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@gomarble.ai. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

  • Monthly plans: Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid month.

  • Annual plans: Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid year.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time within your billing period.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Free Trials Free trial users are not charged and therefore not eligible for refunds.

2.2 Paid Subscriptions Refunds are provided only under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If GoMarble's service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to platform errors (not including scheduled maintenance), you may request a pro-rated refund for the downtime period.

  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, we'll refund the incorrect amount within 5-7 business days.

  • First Payment: New subscribers may request a full refund within 3 day of their first payment if they're unsatisfied with the service.

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations We do not provide refunds for:

  • Subscription cancellations after the 14-day trial window

  • Unused portion of monthly or annual subscriptions

  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations

  • Change of mind after the initial 14-day trial period

  • Platform integrations or third-party API limitations

  • Data usage or export requests

3. Downgrades

You can downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the difference in plan pricing.

4. Account Termination by GoMarble

If we terminate your account for Terms of Service violations, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

5. Data Retention After Cancellation

  • 30 days: Your data remains accessible in read-only mode.

  • After 30 days: All data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

6. Refunds Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email support@gomarble.ai with:

  • Your account email

  • Subscription details

  • Reason for refund request

  • Any relevant documentation (for technical issues)

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect.
