Understanding usage-based credits
A monthly credit allotment, not daily caps
Each plan includes a monthly allotment of AI Credits that is yours to use whenever you need it most. Whether you run a high volume of analyses in one day or spread them across the month, you are not restricted by a 24-hour reset.
Credit top-ups
Exhausted your credits before the month is over? Top up at 10 credits per $1 and keep working — across all plans, with no plan change required.
FAQ
How do you measure monthly ad spend?
We use the trailing 30-day spend across every connected ad account. Your plan follows what you actually manage, not a forecast.
What is the difference between Copilot and Operator?
Copilot is an individual, read-only plan. Operator adds unlimited seats with role-based access control, connector access, Slack, and approved write actions inside your ad platforms.
Why are larger teams sales-assisted?
Once agents act across more accounts, the implementation includes access rules, approval design, integrations, and onboarding. A short working session makes that setup faster and safer.
What happens if we use all our credits?
Top up at 10 credits per $1 and keep working. You do not need to change plans because one launch month is busier than normal. You will also be notified when your balance is low, and credits reset each month.
Is there a limit to how many accounts I can connect?
Each plan sets the number of ad accounts per data source (5 on Copilot, 15 on Operator, unlimited on Flagship), provided they fall within your cumulative monthly spend tier.
