The GoMarble Referral Program lets you invite new users to GoMarble and earn rewards when they join and start a trial. Your friend gets a discount, and you receive referral discount toward your next bill.

How does the GoMarble referral program work?

Share your unique referral link with your friends — when they join GoMarble and start a trial, both of you get 10% off their chosen plan.

1. Share your link: Copy your unique referral link and share it with your friends.

2. They sign up: Your friend uses your unique link to create their account.

3. They get 10% OFF: They start a trial, and their 10% discount applies immediately.

4. You get 10% OFF: You get your 10% discount once their trial successfully starts.

Referral Program Terms

• Who can you refer?
  Each user is assigned a unique referral link that can only be shared with new users (apart from your own organisation) who have not previously created an account on the platform.

• What counts as a valid referral?
  A referral is considered valid only when a new user (not from your organisation) signs up through the referral link and starts a trial. Referral attribution is based on the most recent referral link used before account creation.

• Are there any exclusions?
  Users signing up with an email domain matching an existing customer's organization domain are not considered eligible referrals.

• How do referrals qualify for rewards?
  To qualify for referral rewards, the referred user must start a trial by adding a valid payment method and initiating a trial on an eligible subscription plan.

• What do referred users get?
  Referred users receive a 10% discount on their selected plan (Plus, Pro, or Max) for the first month.

• What do referring users get?
  Once the referred user successfully starts a trial, the referring user receives a referral credit equal to 10% of the referred user's selected plan value.
  Example: Referred user selects a $50 plan → referred user pays $45 for the first month. Referring user receives a $5 credit applied to their next billing cycle.

• Is there a referral limit?
  Referral rewards are limited to a maximum of 5 successful referral trial activations per billing cycle per account.

• How much can credits reduce my bill?
  Referral credits can reduce up to a maximum of 50% of a billing cycle invoice amount.

• Can rewards be combined with other promotions?
  No, referral discounts and rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or platform discounts.

• What happens if a trial or subscription is cancelled?
  Trial cancellations, subscription cancellations, refunds, or payment reversals do not invalidate already-issued referral rewards.
