Have your assistant launch Search and Performance Max campaigns, refresh creatives, and manage bids, assets, negative keywords and experiments. Every change is shown to you first and only applied after you confirm.
Works in GoMarble chat and in AI assistants connected through GoMarble MCP. New to GoMarble MCP? See GoMarble MCP - Overview and How to connect GoMarble MCP.
Before you start
Connect Google Ads with Write access. You can switch an existing connection to Write in Settings → Integrations without signing in to Google again.
When you connect your AI assistant to GoMarble, allow change access for Google Ads.
Your team role must give you act access to the account.
Things you can ask
"Create a Search campaign for our spring sale with these keywords and three ads."
"Build a Performance Max campaign for our new collection using these images."
"Replace the two weakest headlines and the old lifestyle images in my PMax asset group."
"Add these negative keywords to all my Search campaigns."
Read tools only look at data. Change (asks first) tools show you exactly what will change and apply it only after you confirm. Change (runs right away) tools act without a separate confirm step, and the assistant only uses them when you ask.

Performance Max in detail
What a new PMax campaign needs
3 to 15 headlines and 1 to 5 long headlines
2 to 5 descriptions, at least one of them 60 characters or less
1 to 20 landscape images and 1 to 20 square images
Your business name and at least one logo
YouTube videos and audience signals are optional
Images
Give the assistant public links that open the image file itself (JPEG, PNG or GIF, up to about 5 MB each). You can also reuse images already in the account. If an image is the wrong shape or too small, GoMarble resizes it to Google's recommended size without stretching it. Every planned fix is shown to you before you approve.
Using images from Google Drive
A normal Drive share link won't work, because it opens a Google page rather than the image. In GoMarble chat, the assistant can make a public copy of the Drive image or video on GoMarble's media storage and use that instead. The copy has a hard-to-guess link that doesn't expire. Your original file and its sharing settings don't change. External AI assistants can't use Drive yet, so use a public image link there.
Refreshing creatives
You don't need to rebuild the campaign. The assistant can add new headlines, descriptions, images and YouTube videos to an asset group and remove the old ones in a single change, so the asset group never drops below Google's minimums. Campaign settings stay as they are.
Not supported
Retail Performance Max with a Merchant Center feed, listing group filters, and travel goals.
Good to know
Budgets and bids are in the account's own currency. The assistant checks the currency before any budget or bid change.
Asset edits can pause or re-enable sitelinks, snippets and images, but not delete them.
Experiments work on Search campaigns.
If your team has set limits on what AI can change, changes outside them are refused. See Setting Agent Limits and Governance Policies.
In GoMarble chat, you approve each change with the Approve button on its card. In other AI assistants, you confirm in the conversation.
