Cancel Your Subscription or Free Trial

If you'd like to cancel your GoMarble AI subscription or free trial, you can do so from your account settings. Follow the steps below based on your situation.

Cancel an Active Subscription

  1. Log in to your GoMarble AI account.

  2. Click on your account or profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  3. Navigate to Settings and select Billing or directly navigate to Plans & Billing.

  4. Locate your current plan and look for the option to Cancel Subscription.

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.

Cancel a Free Trial

  1. Log in to your GoMarble AI account.

  2. Click on your account or profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  3. Navigate to Settings and select Billing or directly navigate to Plans & Billing.

  4. Locate your trial details and select the option to Cancel Trial.

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

Cancelling your trial will prevent any charges when the trial period ends.
