How to Connect Your Slack Workspace to GoMarble

Overview

Connecting a Slack workspace lets GoMarble deliver recommendations and agent updates directly to your team in Slack. This feature is available on plans that include the Slack integration entitlement.

Before you start

• You must be on a GoMarble plan that includes Slack integration.

• You need permission to install apps in your Slack workspace.

How to connect your Slack workspace

1. Go to Settings → Apps.

2. Find the Slack card and click Connect.

3. Follow the OAuth prompts to authorize GoMarble in your Slack workspace.

4. Once authorized, your workspace will appear as connected and GoMarble can begin delivering messages to your agents.

Seeing an upgrade prompt instead of the connection flow?

If your current plan does not include Slack integration, clicking Connect will open an upgrade dialog instead of starting the Slack authorization flow. This applies to every Slack connect entry point in the product, including Settings → Apps, the sidebar, the inline chat connector, and any ?connect=slack deep links.

To unlock Slack workspace connection, upgrade to a plan that includes the Slack integration entitlement. Visit Settings → Plans and Billing or contact our support team to learn about available plans.

Already have a connected workspace?

If your Slack workspace was connected before this change, it will continue to work without interruption. Existing connections are not affected, and inbound Slack messaging to your agents remains fully functional regardless of your current plan.
