What is a Project?

A Project in GoMarble is a dedicated workspace where you can organize all the work related to a specific brand, campaign, client, or marketing initiative. Unlike regular chats that start fresh each time, Projects remember everything you've taught them and maintain context across all conversations.

Key Benefits of Using Projects

Organization: Keep all related chats, reports, and analysis together in one place instead of scattered across your account.

Instructions: Set preferences and instructions once, and GoMarble follows them automatically in every conversation within that Project.

Knowledge: Upload reference documents that GoMarble can access on its own, giving you answers that are informed by your specific business context.

Agent Scope: Agents created or edited within a Project are automatically scoped to that Project, so scheduled and on-demand runs always have access to the right project context and files.

Starting a Project Chat from Home or New Chat: You can now select a Project directly from the Home screen or when starting a New Chat. Once a Project is selected, the conversation is scoped to that Project from the very beginning, and the breadcrumb in the chat header will reflect the active Project.

Project Permissions and Access Control: Project-level permissions now control who can create chats and access project resources. Only members with the appropriate role assigned within a Project can start new conversations or view project content, ensuring that sensitive work remains accessible only to the right team members.
