Getting Started with Teams
How to Invite a Member
Adding collaborators to your workspace is a simple process:
Navigate to the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.
Click on the section labeled "[Your Name]'s Team".
Select Invite Member.
Enter the invitee's email address and send the invitation.
Note: The recipient will receive an email notification containing a link to join your team directly.
How to Join or Switch Teams
If you belong to multiple organizations, you can move between them seamlessly:
Go to Settings and click on your current team name.
Select the Switch Team option.
Click on the specific team you wish to enter.
Managing Your Team
If you are the team owner, you have full administrative control over your workspace through the management dashboard.
Administrative Actions
To access these tools, navigate to Settings $\rightarrow$ Manage Team. From here, you can:
Manage Access: Revoke "seats" or access permissions for existing team members at any time.
Expand Your Team: Send new invitations directly from the management interface.
Customizing Your Team Identity
You can personalize your workspace name to keep your projects organized:
Go to Settings.
Click on your current Team Name.
Select Rename Team to update your workspace identity.
Team Roles and Permissions
Every team member is assigned one of three roles, each with different levels of access:
Owner: Full administrative control, including managing roles, permissions, and team settings.
Admin: Can manage team members and access settings, but cannot transfer ownership.
Member: Standard access to the workspace based on their assigned ad-account permissions.
In addition to roles, each member can be granted a Build Agents permission, which controls whether they can create and configure agents within the platform.
Ad-Account Access
Owners and Admins can manage per-member access to individual ad accounts directly from the Manage Team screen. Each member can be granted one of the following access levels per ad account:
View: The member can see data and reports for that ad account.
Act: The member can take actions (e.g., run agents, make changes) on that ad account.
Note: Ad-account access levels and the Build Agents permission are managed through the account-access management screens under Settings β> Manage Team.
