Managing Member Access to Specific Accounts

Overview

GoMarble AI gives team administrators granular control over which accounts each member can access. Instead of giving every team member the same level of visibility, you can assign per-account access levels to individuals, preview the interface as a specific member would see it, and make changes through a dedicated access management panel.

This feature is available to users with an admin role on the team.

Understanding Access Levels

Each team member can be assigned a specific access level for individual accounts. Their current access level is displayed as a small label (called the Member Access Pill) wherever member permissions are shown. This makes it easy to see at a glance what level of access each person has to a given account.

Previewing What a Member Sees

Admins can use the View As toggle to preview the GoMarble interface exactly as a specific team member would experience it — scoped to their permissions. This is useful for verifying that a member has the right level of access before or after making changes.

1. Navigate to the account you want to review.

2. Locate the View As toggle in the interface.

3. Select the team member whose perspective you want to preview.

4. The interface will update to reflect what that member can see and do within the account.

5. Toggle back to your own view when you are done.

Editing Member Access

To change what a team member can access on a specific account, use the Account Access Drawer.

1. Navigate to the account where you want to manage member permissions.

2. Open the account access management panel (the Account Access Drawer).

3. Find the team member whose access you want to update.

4. Select the appropriate access level for that member.

5. Save your changes. The member's view will be updated immediately to reflect the new permissions.

Who Can Manage Member Access?

• Admins can view, preview, and edit access levels for any team member on any account.

• Others will see their own access level displayed and will only be able to interact with the accounts and features their access level permits.
