How to Connect a Shopify Account

Follow these steps to connect your Shopify store to GoMarble AI. This process requires you to copy your unique .myshopify.com domain from your Shopify Partners dashboard.

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

  1. In the main sidebar on the far left of the screen, click on Settings, located at the very bottom.

  2. A new settings menu will appear. Click on the Integrations tab.

Step 2: Start the Shopify Connection

  1. On the Integrations page, click the + Add Account button in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Shopify from the dropdown list.

  3. A pop-up window titled "Shopify Configuration" will appear, asking for your "Shop Domain". Leave this window open and proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Find and Copy Your Shopify Store URL

  1. In a new browser tab, open your Shopify Partners dashboard.

  2. Navigate to your list of Stores.

  3. Click on the specific store you wish to connect.

  4. On the store's details page, look for the Store Information section on the right-hand side.

  5. Locate your store's URL, which ends in .myshopify.com.

  6. Highlight and copy this entire URL.

Step 4: Connect and Authorize

  1. Return to the GoMarble AI browser tab with the "Shopify Configuration" pop-up.

  2. Paste the URL you just copied into the "Shop Domain" field.

  3. Click the Connect to Shopify button.

  4. You will be redirected to a secure Shopify page to authorize the connection. Choose your account and approve the permissions.

Connection Complete! After authorizing, you will be automatically returned to the GoMarble AI Integrations page.

Note on Permissions: If you encounter an "Unauthorized Access" error during the Shopify authorization step, it likely means you do not have the necessary administrative permissions for that specific store. Please check your user role and permissions in Shopify and try again.
