GoMarble AI offers two powerful ways to generate comprehensive marketing reports: creating a report from a custom prompt or remixing a pre-built template from our Community gallery. This guide will walk you through both methods.

Method 1: Creating a Report from a Prompt

This method is ideal when you have a specific question in mind. By writing a detailed request in plain English, you can generate a tailored report in moments.

Step 1: Start from the Chat Interface Begin on the main New Chat screen. The primary feature on this page is the large text input box where you will type your request.

Step 2: Write Your Report Request Click inside the text input box and type what you need. For the best results, be as specific as possible. We recommend including details such as:

  • The specific data source or account: (e.g., "for my primary ad account," "for my Shopify store").

  • The time frame: (e.g., "for last week," "yesterday," "from September 1st to September 15th").

Step 3: Generate and Review Once you have typed your request, click the send icon. GoMarble AI will analyze the data and build your report, which will appear on the screen with an overview, trend charts, and performance breakdowns.

Method 2: Remixing a Report from a Template

This is the fastest way to create a well-structured report. The Remix feature allows you to apply a pre-built template to your own connected data.

Step 1: Find a Template in the Community Gallery

  1. In the main sidebar, click on Saved Reports.

  2. Select the Community tab to open a gallery of report templates.

Step 2: Preview and Select a Template Browse the gallery and click on any report card to open a preview, showing its layout, charts, and tables.

Step 3: Start the Remix Once you find a template you like, click the green Remix button in the top-right corner of the preview window.

Step 4: Customize the Report via Chat You will be taken to a new chat session where the AI will guide you through customizing the template. It will ask for required information like your brand name and the desired date range.

Step 5: Provide Your Details and Generate Simply type your answers into the chat box. The AI will then generate a new report using the template's structure, filled with your own data.
